Organisation

Tetraplan is led by Managing Director Henrik Paag and Director Anette Enemark.

The Board of Directors in Tetraplan consists of Director in the Confederation of Danish Industry, Michael Svane (chair) and the 3 founding partners Morten Steen Petersen, Jan Nielsen and Karsten Sand Bloch.

Tetraplan is owned equally by the 3 founding partners Morten Steen Petersen, Jan Nielsen and Karsten Sand Bloch and the employees of Tetraplan. At present (Jan 2010) the employees own app. 3% of the shares.

Tetraplan owns 50% of TetraSoft A/S. Tetrasoft produces software solutions for the transport sector such as distribution planning tools and tools for fleet management.
